| We use PayPal* as a payment provider and are currently offering the book on Ebay. They accept Visa*, Mastercard*, Discover* and American Express*. You can easily order even if you don't have a PayPal account. PayPal* is secure and used by over 70 million Internet shoppers. It is also an Ebay* company and we all know how big those guys are. We have no desire to refund your money if you do not enjoy the book, "The New Beerbellie Diet and the Search For A Six-Pack." However, if you really don't like the book then we will honor our warranty. Although we're confident you won't be disappointed, contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a refund. We're easy to work with. Beerbellie Inc. will provide equal exchanges for damaged or defective merchandise and cover the shipping costs both ways. We feel if we shipped you a defective product or if the shipping company wrecks your order, then we will own up to it and take care of you. However, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your package. So, please open your package when it arrives and let us know ASAP.
